Dark Chocolate Truffles

  • 18 oz. good quality dark chocolate
  • 14 oz. condensed milk
  • 3 T. The Olive Tap’s Dark Chocolate or Cocoa Crema Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 t. almond extract
  • Almonds (toasted and finely chopped)
  • Cocoa Powder


In a pan over low heat, melt chocolate and condensed milk, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and almond extract.

Pour into a glass dish and chill. Shape into balls and roll in almonds or cocoa powder. Chill until firm.
